If you've never attended a bead show, boy are you in for a blast!
No pictures are allowed inside, so I can't show you one. But just imagine for
a moment…
Imagine an exhibition hall filled with tables upon tables of strung beads,
piles of beads, individual beads, trays of beads, racks of beads, finished
jewelry and some fashion accessories.
Everything to do with jewelry!...
- Jewelry Making Demonstrations
- Jewelry Making Classes
- Lapidary Equipment
- Jewelry Repair
- Jewelry Cleaning Products
- Jewelry Making Tools
- Jewelry Findings
- Jewelry Supplies
- And more!
People are everywhere. Vendors are manning their booth and assisting beaders.
Beaders are looking at beads, buying beads, talking about beads. Husbands and
boyfriends follow along or mill about taking it all in.
The air is filled with excitement and the thrill of a great find!
Words are no substitute for the experience of being there. But this gives you
some idea of what the atmosphere is like at a show.
Careful, You May Become Addicted
Yes, I'm a jewelry show junkie too…I just love 'em! I go to bead shows in
Southern California all the time. I get to see what's new and hang out with
fellow beaders in the fray of it all.
Some jewelry shows offer a "wholesale only" section too. This means that you
need a resale licence to enter this section of the show.
