Here's the matching biwa pearls necklace.

2 4mm round crystals AB
2 kidney shaped earwires
2 1 1/4" (3.2 cm) eye pins
2 1" (2.5 cm) head pins

Jewelry Making Tools

wire cutters
round nose pliers
chain nose pliers

Jewelry Making Instructions

Step One:
Thread each biwa pearl onto each eye pin. Thread each 4mm round crystal onto each head pin. (Photo 1)

Step Two:
Using the round nose pliers, make a simple wire loop on the end of each eye pin and head pin. (Photo 2) If necessary use the wire cutters to trim the tops of the head and/or eye pins. Leave the wire loops on the 4mm crystal bead unit open.

Step Three:
Attach each 4mm crystal bead unit to the wire loop at the bottom of each eye pin of the two biwa pearl bead units. Using the chain nose pliers close all of the simple wire loops. (Photo 3)

Step Four:
Slide each kidney earwire onto the wire loop at the top of each biwa pearl bead unit. (Main photo)

You're done!

Enjoy wearing these elegant easy to make biwa pearl earrings!

This earring design can be easily made using most any other beads. Change the color and shape of the crystals too.

Try a few different bead variations to suit your taste or the outfit you'll wear them with. Have fun with your bead designs!
